Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Nellai Traders Billing (the “App”), an internal billing, inventory and ledger system operated by Nellai Traders & Hollow Block Manufactures. By signing in, you agree to them.

Who can use the App

The App is for Nellai Traders & Hollow Block Manufactures staff and others the company has authorised. There is no public sign-up: accounts are created by an administrator, who can change your role or deactivate your account at any time.

Your account

• Keep your password and any linked Google account secure.
• Do not share your account or let anyone else sign in as you.
• Tell an administrator straight away if you think your account has been misused.
• You are responsible for what is done in the App under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the App only for Nellai Traders & Hollow Block Manufactures’s business.
• Enter bills, payments, stock and other records accurately.
• Do not try to access data or features your role does not allow.
• Do not copy, export or share business or customer data except as your work requires.
• Do not interfere with the App or attempt to bypass its security.

Business data

All records in the App — including bills, customer and supplier details, ledgers and reports — belong to Nellai Traders & Hollow Block Manufactures and are confidential. Your access to them ends when your account is deactivated.

Availability

The App is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and calculations such as tax totals should be checked before they are relied on for filing.

Privacy

How the App handles personal information, including information received through Google sign-in, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
