Nellai Traders Billing (the “App”) is an internal billing, inventory and ledger system operated by Nellai Traders & Hollow Block Manufactures. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. The App is not open to the public: only staff accounts created by a Nellai Traders & Hollow Block Manufactures administrator can sign in.

Information we collect

Account details — your name, email address, phone number, role and a securely hashed password, as entered by an administrator or by you in your profile.
Google sign-in — if you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your Google account’s name, email address and profile picture. We use the email address only to match you to your existing staff account. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
Business records — bills, payments, customers, suppliers, products, stock movements, vehicle and worker expenses, and files attached to bills, entered by staff in the course of their work.
Usage information — the time of your last sign-in and your IP address, used briefly to limit repeated failed login attempts.

How we use information

To sign you in and keep your session active.
To show you the features your role is allowed to use.
To create invoices, ledgers, reports and GST records for Nellai Traders & Hollow Block Manufactures.
To keep the App secure and prevent unauthorised access.

We do not use this information for advertising and we do not sell it.

Cookies

The App uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in requests. It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the App — hosting, database and file-storage providers, and Google when you use Google sign-in — and where required by law. It is not shared with anyone else.

Storage and security

Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Connections to the App are encrypted, access is restricted by role, and business records are kept for as long as Nellai Traders & Hollow Block Manufactures needs them for accounting and tax purposes.

Your choices

You can view and update your name, email and password from your profile page. To have your account deactivated or removed, or to ask what information is held about you, contact your administrator or use the details below. You can remove the App’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google account’s security settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
